Job Description

TVC Pro-Driver is a member of the Love's Family of Companies and is a commercial driver's license (CDL) protection subscription service with more than thirty-five years of experience assisting individual drivers and fleets in reducing or dismissing fines, preventing downtime for court and protecting compliance, safety and accountability (CSA) scores.



Basic Purpose:

The Attorney Relations Customer Service Representative will be responsible for maintaining docket of cases weekly and obtaining updates on those cases in a timely manner. Making sure attorneys are performing to standard. The Attorney Relations State Docket CSR will report directly to the Attorney Relations Supervisor.

Job Functioms:




Includes duties that the employee must be able to perform, either unaided or with the assistance of a "reasonable accommodation."


To provide the best possible customer service for members, attorneys, and associates through inbound and outbound phone calls To obtain specific information from a court or attorney regarding a traffic citation and input that information into the computer system To recognize any case that may need specific actions to be taken and properly notifying Supervisor/Manager To precisely input any information given by courts or attorneys into the computer system To properly complete various forms of paperwork needed to handle the case in the best possible manner To zero out docket weekly To perform other duties as assigned by team lead/Supervisor when needed To arrive on time and stay for the duration of your scheduled shift To maintain proper records of attendance by correctly using the Paycom system Report to Supervisor/Manager

Experience and Qualifications



High School Diploma (or GED) required 2 years customer service experience preferred Must be able to type at least 30 WPM Must be able to operate a computer, use the internet and be familiar with 10-key Familiarity with Microsoft Office Excellent verbal and written (both typed and handwritten) communication Highly self-motivated and results oriented Ability to perform in a high-energy, dynamic and team-oriented environment Strong phone presence and ability to handle a high volume of call

Physical Requirements



Must be able to sit eight hours a day Must be able to type at a computer for eight hours a day, inputting and updating information Must be able to hear/speak with a customer via phone Must be able to review, analyze, and communicate information contained on a computer screen

Work Location



This will be a Remote / work-from-home position. This is subject to change; employee may be required to work in-office at the request of the employer.

Work Schedule



Monday- Friday from 8-5. Schedule as assigned.
