Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic Attorney with both pre-litigation and litigation experience. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of litigation experience and a total of 3 years experience in pre-litigation and litigation. You will be litigating cases for the most part and when needed, helping with settling pre-litigation cases.

Partnership prospects within 3 years for qualified and proven candidate. Health insurance , 401(k)

Responsibilities:

- Draft legal documents including complaints, pleadings, and discovery.

- Represent clients in court proceedings

- Negotiate on behalf of clients to reach favorable settlements

- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters

- Prepare for and participate in trials

- Mediate litigation cases

- Collaborate with other attorneys and legal staff to work on cases effectively

Experience:

- Proven experience in pre-litigation and litigation

- Outgoing and entrepreneurial

- Ability to negotiate effectively on behalf of clients

Pay: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year w/ bonuses
