Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Attorney located in Miami, FL. The Attorney will be responsible for handling personal injury cases from inception to resolution, providing legal advice, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. The role involves managing complex litigation and collaborating with co-counsel to maximize results for clients.

Strong Legal Advice and Negotiation skills Proficient in Research and drafting legal documents Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to handle complex litigation cases Admission to the Florida Bar Experience in personal injury preferred
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $140,540.50 - $180,016.52 per year
