We are a highly reputable and growing real estate law firm that specializes in handling wrongful foreclosures, quiet titles, probates, and related legal matters. Our firm is seeking an experienced and highly motivated attorney to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience working in a firm. In this role, you will be responsible for representing clients in a wide range of real estate disputes and related litigation matters, including partitions, quiet titles, transaction disputes, contractor disputes, and basic transactional drafting and reviewing.

Responsibilities:

  • Represent clients in various real estate litigation matters
  • Draft legal documents, pleadings, and motions
  • Conduct legal research and provide legal advice
  • Attend court hearings and trials as necessary
  • Collaborate with other attorneys and staff to provide exceptional legal services


Requirements:
  • JD from an accredited law school
  • Active license to practice law in [State]
  • 2 years as an attorney working in a firm
  • Strong analytical, research, and writing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
