Work Description

As an attorney on our team, you will handle a range of Lemon Law, Personal Injury, and Labor & Workers' Compensation cases, including client consultations, case evaluation, legal research, drafting documents, negotiations, and courtroom representation. Attorneys will have the opportunity to manage their own caseloads while collaborating with a supportive team.

Responsibilities

Conduct client intake and case evaluation for Lemon Law, Personal Injury, and Labor & Workers' Compensation claims Provide legal advice and guidance to clients throughout the case lifecycle Draft legal documents including complaints, motions, settlement agreements, and correspondence Conduct legal research and stay up-to-date on case law and regulations Negotiate settlements with insurance companies, employers, and opposing counsel Represent clients in court and during arbitration or mediation as needed Manage and maintain organized case files and documentation Mentor and collaborate with junior attorneys or interns Contribute to the growth and success of the firm, including potential partnership opportunities

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Admitted to the California State Bar (or pending admission for entry-level candidates) Experience with Lemon Law, Personal Injury, Labor, and Workers' Compensation cases preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines Professionalism, integrity, and a client-focused mindset Motivated and interested in long-term growth and partnership opportunities
