Zunex is a growing, family-owned pest control company proudly expanding into crawl space restoration and insulation services. We're passionate about delivering high-quality work, maintaining clean job sites, and treating our customers like family. As we grow, we're looking for experienced leaders to grow with us.

We're seeking a skilled and motivated Crawlspace Restoration Lead to oversee a small crew and ensure the successful completion of insulation and crawl space projects. This is a hands-on leadership role with strong growth potential.

What you'll do

Lead and mentor a team of insulation installers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Oversee the installation process of various insulation materials, ensuring compliance with industry standards and building codes. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications to effectively plan installations. Utilize hand tools and power tools proficiently for cutting, shaping, and installing insulation products. Conduct construction estimating to assess project needs and resource allocation accurately. Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols and conducting regular site inspections.

Basic qualifications

Proven experience in construction with a focus on insulation installation or related fields. Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using various tools including hand tools and power tools. Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physical labor Valid driver's license and clean driving record Commitment to safety, cleanliness, and customer satisfaction Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding of construction schematics. Experience in carpentry, framing or concrete finishing is a plus Background in fabrication or roofing is a plus. Leadership or crew management experience preferred Experience in sales preferred

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
