Responsibilities
Conduct sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
Perform product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our offerings.
Utilize Salesforce for tracking leads, managing customer interactions, and reporting on sales activities.
Engage in upselling strategies to maximize revenue from existing clients.
Manage accounts effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional efforts.
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Skills
Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for effective account management.
Strong skills in upselling techniques and lead generation strategies.
Ability to conduct engaging product demos that resonate with clients' needs.
Experience in sales environments is preferred.
Excellent analytical skills to assess market trends and customer behavior.
