Job Summary

As a Retail Sales Representative, you'll introduce customers to AT&T's newest technology, products, and services. You'll guide them through their options, demonstrate devices, and make sure every interaction ends with the customer feeling informed and confident in their choice.

What You'll Be Doing

Greet and connect with customers, learning what they need and recommending the right wireless or entertainment packages. Stay knowledgeable on AT&T's product lineup, plans, and promotions. Handle transactions efficiently, answer questions, and resolve concerns quickly. Work toward -- and exceed -- personal and store-wide performance goals. Participate in ongoing development and training sessions to sharpen your skills. Uphold Mount Vision Inc's and AT&T's reputation through professionalism and strong ethics.

Preferred Skills & Experience

Prior experience in customer service, retail, or sales is helpful but not required. Strong communication and listening skills. Motivated, dependable, and focused on results. Flexible availability -- including weekends and holidays. Must be 18 years of age or older.
