Job Overview

We are a sales and marketing firm based in Toms River, NJ that represents AT&T within retail store environments. We are currently seeking full-time, entry-level Sales Associates to engage with customers, explain AT&T wireless products, and support in-store sales initiatives.

This position includes paid training, and prior sales experience is not required.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers in a retail environment Provide clear and accurate information about AT&T wireless products, plans, and promotions Assist customers in selecting products and services that meet their needs Deliver a professional and positive customer experience Work toward individual and team sales goals Collaborate with team members and retail store staff
Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years of age High school diploma or equivalent Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment Willingness to learn, receive coaching, and grow professionally Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus, but not required
