AT&T Sales Associate Key Responsibilities:



Represent AT&T with professionalism and enthusiasm as the primary customer contact Drive sales by engaging with customers, uncovering needs, and presenting customized solutions Educate customers on AT&T products, promotions, and long-term benefits Collaborate with fellow

AT&T Sales Associates

and leadership to sharpen sales techniques Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activity, and feedback Apply negotiation and upselling skills to maximize customer acquisition and account value Participate in daily coaching sessions with senior AT&T Sales Associates to strengthen leadership and closing skills Stay informed on market trends and adjust strategies to remain competitive Partner with management to improve outreach efforts and campaign execution

AT&T Sales Associate Qualifications:



High school diploma or GED required 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, or account management preferred Prior experience as a Sales Associate, Customer Service Representative, or AT&T Sales Associate is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to thrive in a team environment Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about exceeding expectations Reliable transportation to assigned locations Ambition to grow professionally and advance into leadership opportunities
