Role Overview



As an

AT&T Fiber Outside Sales Representative

, you'll represent one of the most recognized brands in telecommunications --

AT&T Fiber

-- offering residents next-generation internet at unbeatable speeds.

You'll work face-to-face with customers, helping them find the right solution for their household needs. This is a

field-based role

, meaning you'll travel with our team to assigned territories.

Company-arranged lodging

is provided when working out of town, and

fuel assistance

is available when needed.

You'll receive hands-on mentorship, 24/7 team support, and daily coaching designed to sharpen your sales and leadership skills.

What You'll Do



Represent

AT&T Fiber Internet

to homeowners in residential neighborhoods Educate customers on high-speed internet packages, pricing, and installation benefits Build genuine relationships through confident, ethical communication Track leads, progress, and performance using our internal systems and apps Participate in daily training and team development sessions (remote or in-person) Travel with your team to new markets as needed to maximize opportunities

What We're Looking For



Valid driver's license and

reliable vehicle

(required) Willingness to

travel regionally

for short-term assignments Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, dependable, and disciplined Comfortable with a

performance-based compensation model

Prior door-to-door or outside sales experience is a plus (but not required) Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule



Flexible schedule (most reps work between

12 PM - 7 PM

, Monday through Saturday) Year-round opportunity with rotating markets
