AT&T Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:



Provide accurate product and service information to customers by addressing inquiries and offering assistance Listen attentively to customer needs and deliver tailored solutions that exceed expectations Continuously expand knowledge of our products, services, and promotions through company meetings and client webinars Maintain a positive attitude and friendly demeanor while meeting performance standards and exceeding customer expectations Engage in ongoing learning to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines Establish and maintain customer relationships by initiating contact with customers, third parties, and vendors to generate sales Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions for future reference

What We're Looking For in an AT&T Customer Service Representative:



High School Diploma or Equivalent Previous experience in customer service or sales preferred but not required A proactive individual with excellent time management skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities Strong problem-solving abilities, with sound judgment and analytical skills Negotiation skills and an aptitude for closing sales with an emphasis on active listening and effective questioning Composure and professionalism under pressure, with a respectful and calm demeanor
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Work Location: On the road
