Join our growing team as AT&T Customer Sales Associates! We're seeking energetic, goal-driven individuals who are ready to use their communication skills and enthusiasm to help customers find the best connectivity solutions. This is an on-site, office-based sales role at our office in Middletown, CT.

As a Customer Sales Associate, you'll be a trusted advisor for individuals and local businesses. You'll focus on providing tailored consultations, recommending AT&T wireless, internet, and entertainment services, and ensuring every customer has a seamless, value-driven experience. Whether you're helping a household choose the right wireless plan or assisting a business with better connectivity options, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships and promoting trusted AT&T solutions.

Daily Responsibilities



Connect with customers and local businesses to understand their needs and match them with the best AT&T services. Lead one-on-one consultations on wireless, high-speed internet, streaming, and Smart Home products. Manage incoming and outgoing calls and inquiries from our Middletown office. Provide clear, accurate product details to assist customers in making informed decisions. Process new accounts, service requests, and customer updates efficiently. Keep detailed records of customer interactions and progress using internal systems. Stay informed on current AT&T offers, service plans, and product features. Work as part of a team to meet both individual and group performance goals. Deliver a friendly, professional, customer-focused experience during every interaction.

What We're Looking For



Must be 18 years of age or older. Reliable transportation to our Middletown, CT office. Strong communication and people skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take feedback. Able to multitask and stay organized in a fast-moving environment. Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed. Previous experience in customer service, sales, or client support is helpful but not required. Interest in learning about wireless, internet, and digital home services.
