$55,000 - $70,000 annually (based on experience and qualifications) + bonus eligibility

Your Role



As an Athletic Trainer at Cornerstone Health, you'll play a key role in both patient care and the growth of our performance programs. You'll have the freedom to lead, innovate, and develop within a supportive, high-performing environment.

Key Responsibilities



Lead multiple aspects of patient care under the direction of the Clinic Director. Deliver hands-on manual therapy, including Fascial Manipulation, Dry Needling, and Shockwave Therapy (Radial & Focused). Guide patients through progressive exercise rehab using GRIP, DNS, and sports performance methodologies. Integrate advanced tools like

BFR training

,

kettlebell and barbell progressions

, and

Vald performance testing

. Oversee patient progress -- from initial exam through full discharge -- ensuring measurable outcomes. Motivate and galvanize both patients and team members around our shared vision and standards of care. Build and maintain community relationships with referral sources, local teams, and schools. Educate patients on their treatment options -- including non-insurance-based programs -- with clarity and confidence.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training (CAATE-accredited) BOC Certification Current CPR & AED certification 2+ years professional experience orMaster's degree with 1+ year relevant experience

Preferred Skills



Strong anatomy and palpation skills Experience in exercise-based physical rehabilitation Certification in any manual therapy technique Licensed or qualified to perform Dry Needling in Illinois Comfortable with patient education, networking, and program sales
