Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and certified Athletic Trainer to join our athletic program. The Athletic Trainer will be responsible for providing preventative care, injury evaluation, treatment, and rehabilitation services to student-athletes. This role is vital in promoting player health, safety, and peak performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide on-site coverage for practices, games, and pos season tournaments. Evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate athletic injuries. Develop and implement injury prevention programs. Maintain accurate medical records and injury reports. Collaborate with coaches, physicians, and parents regarding athlete health. Educate athletes on proper conditioning, nutrition, and recovery techniques. Ensure compliance with organizational and state athletic training standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or Master's. Current certification by the

Board of Certification (BOC)

. Licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Maryland. CPR/AED and First Aid certification. Strong communication and organizational skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation

$5,000 Stipend
