Job Details:

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Job Type:

Part-time (typically 4-hour shifts).

Location:

175 Littleton Rd, Westford, MA 01886.

Key Responsibilities:

Instructional Support:

Assist students in mastering math and reading concepts using the Kumon Method.

Grading:

Accurately grade student classwork and homework to provide immediate feedback.

Center Management:

Help prepare student folders and maintain a positive, organized learning environment.

Communication:

Provide updates on student progress to the Instructor and parents.

What We're Looking For:

Strong proficiency in math and reading. A positive, patient attitude and excellent communication skills. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior experience with children or tutoring is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
