Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist lead technicians in the field with the installation, service, and repair of pumps and motors.
Help with the loading/unloading of tools, equipment, and materials.
Support tasks such as disassembly, cleaning, and reassembly of pump and motor components.
Follow instructions to assist with alignments, electrical connections, and system testing.
Maintain a clean and safe work area on job sites and in service vehicles.
Perform basic measurements, inventory parts, and help track tools used.
Adhere to safety protocols and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Communicate effectively with technicians, customers, and supervisors.
Willingness to learn technical aspects of pumps, motors, and related systems.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Mechanically inclined with a willingness to learn.
Ability to use basic hand and power tools safely.
Strong work ethic and ability to follow direction.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs and work in physically demanding environments (e.g., confined spaces, outdoor or industrial settings).
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
* Willing to travel to various job sites (local and regional); occasional overnight stays may be required.
