We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Member Services Coordinator supports the day-to-day member experience by serving as a consistent and responsive point of contact for association members. This role ensures timely service, accurate information, and high-quality administrative support. The Coordinator will assist in managing member inquiries, maintaining membership databases, preparing communications, and supporting programs that strengthen member engagement and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as a frontline point of contact for members via email and phone.
Respond to member questions, requests, and concerns with professionalism and accuracy.
Support the onboarding process for new members, including welcome emails and orientation materials.
Maintain accurate membership records in the association management system.
Process membership applications, renewals, and invoicing.
Assist with distributing member communications, newsletters, and announcements.
Provide administrative support for committees, task forces, and board activities.
Help coordinate logistics for webinars, meetings, and events.
Track member engagement and assist with retention efforts.
Prepare routine reports, rosters, and membership lists as needed.
Duties:
Execute assignments from the Executive Director and Account Manager.
Support regional representatives, committee chairpersons, and volunteers.
Assist with preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up tasks.
Help maintain digital files, documents, and association resources.
Manage general inboxes and route inquiries appropriately.
Support marketing activities such as website updates and social media posts.
Participate in membership recruitment campaigns and outreach efforts.
Ensure compliance with association policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Customer-service oriented with a professional and friendly approach.
Ability to work independently while collaborating well with internal teams.
Proficiency with membership management software and digital tools.
Comfortable learning new systems and adapting to changing needs.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Associate or bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field (preferred, not required).
Experience in membership services, customer support, or administrative roles.
Familiarity with trade associations or nonprofit operations.
Experience with email marketing, social media, or basic event coordination.
Strong attention to detail and follow-through.

Pay: $37,000.00 - $40,000.00 per year
