Position Overview: We are seeking a full-time small animal veterinarian to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in small animal medicine and surgery, an eagerness to learn, impeccable character, and a commitment to delivering exceptional veterinary care. New graduates are welcome to apply; mentorship opportunities are available.

Responsibilities:

Perform physical examinations and formulate diagnostic and treatment plans for patients.

Perform surgical procedures as needed, including spays, neuters, and other soft tissue surgeries.

Communicate effectively with clients to explain diagnoses, treatment options, and preventative care.

Maintain accurate medical records using our electronic health records system (EzyVet).

Collaborate with veterinary technicians and support staff to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications:

DVM degree from an accredited veterinary school.

Licensed to practice veterinary medicine in Arkansas or eligible for licensure.

Proficiency in small animal medicine and surgery.

Excellent communication skills and compassionate bedside manner.

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
