Associate Veterinarian - Katy, Texas
Join a positive, supportive, and fun-loving veterinary team in Katy, Texas! An established multi-doctor practice is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to be part of its thriving team. The group prides itself on delivering exceptional care with compassion and collaboration--treating every patient as if they were their own.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals (and exotics, if desired)
Build trusted client relationships through communication and education
Collaborate closely with a supportive team of DVMs and skilled technicians
Uphold Fear Free and Cat Friendly standards in patient care
Qualifications:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree
Eligibility for Texas veterinary licensure
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive salary ($130K-$150K) + production (no negative accrual)
Up to $50,000 sign-on bonus
Up to 5 weeks paid time off
