, we provide depth-oriented therapy rooted in authenticity, reflection, and compassion. Our experienced clinicians work through a
psychodynamic
and relational lens to support individuals, couples, and families across various identities and lived experiences. We foster self-awareness, emotional resilience, and growth in a nurturing environment-and we believe that sustainable, attuned care for our clients begins with care for.
We are a
neurodivergent-affirming, LGBTQ+ affirming
, anti-oppressive, and justice-oriented practice that values depth, curiosity, and community.
Many of the individuals and families we serve are Black, and we recognize how deeply meaningful and healing it can be to work with therapists who share aspects of their cultural identity. As a result, we are prioritizing the inclusion of Black therapists on our team to better serve the growing number of Black clients who reach out to us for support. We pride ourselves on providing culturally aware services that help the Black community heal from racial trauma. We believe in supporting clients through a social justice lens that acknowledges the impact of social and systemic barriers on physical and emotional health.
We are specifically looking for therapists with experience working with Black clients, as we believe that cultural competence and shared identity can significantly enhance the therapeutic relationship. We understand the unique value of shared identity in the therapeutic relationship and are focused on creating a team that mirrors the diversity and richness of our client base. While we welcome applications from all qualified candidates, we are specifically seeking to increase the representation of Black therapists on our team. This is part of our broader commitment to anti-racist, culturally responsive care and to creating a space where our clients feel seen, heard, and understood.
