Associate Marriage and Family Therapist or Associate Clinical Social Worker in Private Practice- San Clemente, CA (In-person & Online Sessions)

Flourish: The Bloom Room is looking for an ambitious, motivated, and growth-oriented Associate Therapist to join our private practice in San Clemente. This is a part-time position with in-person availability required at least 2 days per week.

As an Associate in our practice, you'll join a supportive team of clinicians in a collaborative office environment. You'll receive weekly supervision, mentorship, and training in the ins and outs of private practice--including how to build a caseload, generate referrals, and manage your schedule.

This position is ideal for a self-starter who is excited to learn the business side of private practice. In addition to receiving practice-provided referrals, associates will be taught and expected to network in the local community as a way to generate their own referrals and build long-term success in private practice.

What We're Looking For

Ambitious and self-driven therapist ready to grow in private practice Passion for working with teens, couples, and families (required) Willingness to network in the community to generate referrals Committed to professional growth and open to feedback in supervision Interest in trauma-focused work;

EMDR training is a plus

Candidate Qualifications (must be met to be considered)

Registered as an associate

with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS)

Available for in-person sessions

in San Clemente at least 2 days/week

Willing and comfortable

working with adolescents, teens, couples, and families

Candidate Characteristics

We specialize in working with teens & their parents, adults, families and couples who are struggling with anxiety, depression, ADHD trauma, relational issues, attachment , codependency and perfectionism.
