We are looking for enthusiastic Associate Territory Managers to promote and sell groundbreaking medical devices that significantly enhance the quality of life for Lymphedema patients. As an integral part of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with physicians, clinicians, and patients, fostering awareness and education about our clinically-proven products. Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end consultative sales, including lead generation, meeting coordination, product demonstrations, and effective follow-up strategies.
- Collaborate with medical professionals to heighten product knowledge and build strong relationships within the healthcare community.
- Conduct in-home product demonstrations, providing comprehensive support to patients and addressing their inquiries with empathy and expertise.
- Assist Territory Managers in devising and implementing effective sales strategies, surpassing monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Over 1 year of proven success in outside sales.
- Previous experience in conducting in-person product demonstrations during sales processes.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with patients, customers, and healthcare professionals.
