Position Description:

The Associate Specialist \xe2\x80\x93 Site L&D supports the Site Learning & Development team by executing tactical day-to-day L&D activities including supporting continuous improvement projects, administrative duties, and planning and managing logistics of the learning activities at the site.

Responsibilities may include:

System Champion / Super User for multiple systems and centralized Global business processes

Document management within electronic systems

Supporting L&D with data entry and training process completions

Running reports from a Learning Management System

Coordinate and manage logistics for training events, including scheduling and stakeholder requests

Complete required administrative tasks associated with documentation compliance and metrics reporting

Support site L&D Administration Team, including contractors and externally managed resources

Other duties as assigned

Learning System Operations: Demonstrates an understanding of the role of learning technology in employee capability development and an awareness of data standards and system maintenance structure.

Digital Acumen: Develop digital workplaces and digital workforces, deploy technology that changes how people work, relate to each other, and learn using a wide variety of tools to build a digital organization, workforce, and workplace based on awareness of emerging technologies. Collaborate with IT and the business to integrate learning into digital and automation strategies. Utilize digital solutions to sustain business metrics, KPIs and provide systematic methods to drive business decisions.

Learning Analytics: With an understanding of the talent factors that drive performance, monitor business KPIs, talent metrics, and performance metrics and tell a story with data to influence and help the business make better strategic and tactical decisions and appreciate how learning initiatives are impacting business performance. Provide employees with data to help them continue to improve.

Minimum Education Requirement:

High School Diploma

Preferred Education:

Post-secondary degree, certification, or equivalent work experience in a relevant field.

Required Experience and Skills:

MS Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

Preferred Experience and Skills:

2 years relevant experience

Experience in GMP environment

U.S. Hybrid Work Model
