We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for providing an exceptional shopping experience. This role involves engaging with customers, managing transactions, and maintaining store organization. The Associate will play a vital role in supporting sales goals while ensuring a welcoming environment for all customers.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their inquiries. Operate the cash register efficiently, handling transactions accurately and promptly. Utilize POS systems to process sales ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly. Maintain knowledge of products to effectively upsell and promote additional items to customers. Assist in stocking shelves and organizing merchandise to enhance store presentation. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling customer calls or inquiries. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations throughout the store.

Experience

Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred but not required. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is advantageous. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply, as this skill can enhance customer interactions. Strong communication skills are essential for engaging with customers and team members alike.
$13.50/hr + tips and employee discount.

MUST be 21+ and available to work between 9a-9p as needed.
