Associate Sales Representative, Cardiac Rhythm Management Colorado Springs
This field-based role supports physicians, healthcare professionals, patients, and sales staff with education, technical expertise, and clinical support related to cardiac rhythm management (CRM) products.
Compensation: $90K base + $30K variable (total OTE $120K)
Responsibilities:
Provide product expertise, sales support, and training for healthcare professionals.
Assist CRM Sales Representatives and respond to field inquiries.
Manage multiple projects, territory data, and client needs in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
1-2 years of sales or related business experience, preferably in medical devices.
Willingness to travel 25-50% and adjust schedule for case coverage or client meetings.
Preferred:
Experience meeting sales quotas and metrics.
Technical aptitude with ability to become certified on CRM products within two years.
