Job Description

Position Overview:
BakerHostetler\xe2\x80\x99s Los Angeles office is seeking a mid-level associate (4-7 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience) to join its Real Estate Group. The candidate will join our team of more than 50 attorneys in a multidisciplinary real estate practice representing lenders and borrowers in all types of commercial real estate transactions, including complex, high-stakes projects around the country.

Qualifications Include:
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in real estate finance; lender-side is a plus, but not required
\xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in real estate transactions including structuring joint ventures, purchase and sale agreements, and management agreements
\xe2\x80\xa2 Familiarity with leasing is a plus, but not required
\xe2\x80\xa2 Am Law 100 experience
\xe2\x80\xa2 A strong academic record, having earned a J.D. from a nationally recognized and accredited school
\xe2\x80\xa2 Must be admitted to practice law in the state of California

\xe2\x80\xa2 Exceptional project management skills
\xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to manage a fast-paced, complex workload while maintaining priorities and anticipating issues
\xe2\x80\xa2 The professional commitment and interpersonal skills necessary to succeed in a collaborative team environment

The expected annual salary for this position ranges from $270,000 \xe2\x80\x93 $350,000. The salary offered will be determined by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, experience level, education/training, and relevant skills. Associates also participate in a performance and hours-based bonus program.

This position may be located in Los Angeles, CA or San Francisco, CA
