Brief Description of Duties
The University of the District of Columbia, College of Arts and Sciences, Division of Education, Health and Social Work invites applications for a MSW Program Associate/Full Professor for a new hybrid/hi-flex MSW program. The MSW Program Associate/Full Professor is a nine-month full-time tenure track faculty appointment in Social Work to support specific program initiatives. The preferred start is January 2, 2026 and no later than August 16, 2026.

It is the District of Columbia's only public institution of higher education. UDC has historically been a minority-serving institution. The University services approximately 3,000 students across its two-year baccalaureate, masters, and professional programs. The Washington metropolitan community provides an exceptional learning laboratory for faculty, staff, and students.
UDC offers a BSW Social Work Program established in 1976 and MSW Social Work Program is currently being established.
