Brightway Insurance is hiring a Full Time Associate Producer in Houston, TX 77007.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and cross-sell into a base book of ~400 accounts (once assigned) Generate quotes, prepare invoices, and handle basic policy administration Actively grow your own referral pipeline Cross-sell new business, upsell endorsements, and gather referrals Maintain consistent inbound business flow from referral sources Occasionally assist underwriting tasks, scheduling inspections, minimal risk-taking tasks Support renewals and assist in account maintenance Work toward owning your revenue stream and eventually moving into account manager / producer roles

Qualifications & Requirements

Sales mindset with motivation to learn in a commission-oriented role Excellent communication, organization, and relationship-building skills Self-starter, comfortable with cold outreach, follow-up, and tracking KPIs Willingness to obtain required insurance licenses (we provide training and support) Ability to work full time onsite in Houston Integrity, professionalism, and customer-first attitude
