Roller Rabbit is seeking an Associate Print Designer who specializes in graphics. You will work across all categories with a focus on casuals. This role requires a strong eye for color, print, and pattern with a deep understanding of the Roller Rabbit brand identity. Reporting to the Director, Print Design in conjunction with the Design Director.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design seasonal graphics, prints, and embroidery artwork across all categories with a focus on casuals, ensuring alignment with brand identity and creative direction. Research trends, concepts, and color to support seasonal storytelling and innovation across product categories. Develop print repeats and pitch sheets to guide factories and vendors from development through production. Support development of graphics and prints for partnerships, collaborations, store exclusives, and other special projects Render CADs for internal reviews and cross-functional meetings Maintain organization of strike-offs, design archives, and seasonal assets to ensure accurate tracking and efficient workflow Report to Director of Print in conjunction with Design Director

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's Degree in Fashion Design, Graphic Design, Illustration, or Textile Design 2-4 years experience in the surface design field Exceptional ability to create original artwork in a variety of media Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Excel (Procreate is a plus!) Demonstrates a strong eye for color, print, and pattern with a deep understanding of brand identity Strong communication and presentation skills Highly organized with ability to anticipate and adapt to change Positive attitude with desire to learn and grow

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
