Job Title: Release Manager

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Release Manager with strong DevOps knowledge to lead and coordinate software releases across multiple environments The ideal candidate will have good experience in CICD pipelines deployment automation and cross functional collaboration to ensure smooth and timely releases
Key Responsibilities
Release Planning Coordination
Develop and maintain release calendars and timelines
Coordinate with development QA operations and business teams to ensure release readiness
Conduct release readiness meetings and manage stakeholder communications
Document processes configurations and best practices
Deployment Execution
Design implement and maintain CICD pipelines using Azure DevOps
Automate build test and deployment processes across multiple environments
Provide build and deployment support for development and production systems
Validate release packages and ensure rollback plans are in place
Monitor postrelease performance and resolve deployme
