Requirement from AWM Crypto Engineering Specialist
Basically, looking for someone with the Subject Matter Hands on Experience in Crypto and or Blockchain Knowledge and experience with Cold Hot storage Wallets Digital Tokens Security etc

Its strategic initiatives include crypto-related ETFs, spot cryptocurrency trading, and digital asset advisory services, positioning the firm as a leader in digital asset management.
Job Summary:
We seek a Crypto Engineering Specialist to design, implement, and optimize secure, scalable solutions for digital assets within the firm/client's Asset Management ecosystem. This role combines deep expertise in cryptocurrency technologies with strong engineering skills to support the firm's expanding digital asset offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Blockchain & Crypto Development:
Architect and implement blockchain-based solutions for asset management workflows.
Develop smart contracts and decentralized applications (dApps) for secure transactions.
Integrate crypto trading and custody solutions with the firm's platforms.
Technical Strategy & Architecture:
Collaborate with WAME and firm's Technology Services to define technical roadmaps for digital assets.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations, Crypto Governance, and Risk frameworks.
Optimize cloud-based infrastructure for Crypto and Blockchain workloads.
Data & Analytics:
Build analytics pipelines for Crypto Asset Performance and Risk Monitoring.
Leverage AI-driven tools for predictive insights and portfolio optimization.
Security & Compliance:
Implement Cryptographic protocols and conduct security audits.
Partner with compliance teams on AML/KYC and regulatory adherence.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
BS/MS in Computer Science, Cryptography, or related field.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in blockchain programming (Solidity, Rust, Python).
Strong knowledge of consensus mechanisms, cryptographic primitives, and distributed systems.
Experience with cloud architecture (AWS, Azure) and containerization (Kubernetes).
Experience:
12+ years in blockchain/crypto engineering or financial technology.
Familiarity with asset management systems and trading platforms.
Preferred:
Exposure to DeFi protocols, tokenomics, and cross-chain solutions.
Certifications like Certified Blockchain Professional or Crypto Asset Specialist.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to business stakeholders.
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional projects.
