We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant or Associate Teacher to join our team at the Early Childhood Development Center at Saint Mary's College.. The ideal candidate will have experience working with three year olds, and will possess a CDA and/or college degree in early childhood education.
Responsibilities:

Assist co-lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum
Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children
Supervise and engage with children during playtime and activities
Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
Assist with daily tasks such as mealtime, diaper changing, and naptime
Assist with lunch serving and/or lunch clean-up
Requirements:

Experience working with three year olds
CDA and/or college degree in early childhood education preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well in a team environment
* Passion for early childhood education
