Position Overview

part-time Associate Optometrist position
with a

Medical optometry & ocular disease management
Specialty contact lenses & corneal reshaping
Vision therapy & sports vision training
Myopia control
Glasses and contact lenses
Referrals to trusted ophthalmology partners
On-site lab for lens cutting
Technology & Equipment
Optos retinal imaging
Visual field testing
Corneal topography
RightEye (sports vision training & vision therapy)
Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered eye care
Diagnose and manage ocular disease
Create individualized treatment plans
Work collaboratively with technicians and staff
Maintain thorough clinical documentation
Pursue continued professional development
Qualifications
Doctor of Optometry (O.D.) from an accredited program
Licensed or eligible for licensure in Illinois
Vision therapy experience
or willingness to learn
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patient-first mindset
Prior clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
Preferred / Bonus Experience (Not Required)
Compulink EHR
Vision therapy or sports vision specialization
Myopia control
Interest in expanding specialty services
