Opportunity to join a well established law firm as a Mid-Level Associate - specializing in Real Estate Transactions. Prestigious office based in Brooklyn, Dumbo, hybrid (3 days/ week in the office - easy commute from Manhattan) offering a competitive salary, bonus and wider benefits package. As Mid-Level Associate - Real Estate Transactions team:

• Provide legal advice and support on real estate business transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing.
• Draft, review, and negotiate complex real estate agreements and contracts.
• With paralegal support, conduct due diligence, including reviewing title, surveys, and other related documents.
• Work directly with clients, internal teams, and external parties to ensure successful transaction closings.
• Stay updated on changes in real estate laws and regulations to provide accurate counsel.
• Support the firm's commitment to fostering and maintaining strong client relationships.

• A Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
