Reports Directly to Clinical Director

Position Summary

: The Therapist is a direct service position responsible for providing individual, couples, family and group therapy to clients of Holder Wellness. This is a pre-licensed position and will therefore participate in individual and group supervision while accruing hours for licensure. Holder Wellness is an affirming practice. We have a speciality in trauma and use up to date trauma informed practices.

Responsibilities

:

Completes all necessary documentation in a timely fashion Sends paperwork out to new clients and ensures it is completed prior to 24 hours before session

Provide individual therapy to kids 6+ teens and adults

Conduct client intakes

Provides couples, family and group therapy, as needed

Maintain and update client treatment plans

Maintain accurate and current client charts/records

Actively participate in individual and group supervision, as well as didactic trainings

Qualities and Qualifications

:

A Master's Degree in psychology related field

Registered with their governing board (Board of Psychology or Board of Behavioral Sciences)

Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
