Average hourly: $19-$24 (base pay: $16-$16.75 an hour base plus uncapped commission and bonus incentives)

We have 10 locations and are planning the opening of our new location in Saratoga Springs. We are looking for an Associate Store Manager to support the management team and staff of passionate, energetic people and build on our brand of positivity, style, and a little bit of sparkle. The ideal candidate will be a people-loving, growth-hungry leader who's ready to take their career to the next level.

Support daily operations and set the tone for a positive, energetic environment Drive membership sales and retail performance by training new employees Ensure every guest leaves glowing - inside and out Support daily operations by ensuring all chores are completed Share the responsibility of working uncovered shifts if needed Ability to work 30 hours a week Other duties as assigned
