As the

Associate Manager - Events

, you'll play a key role in planning, coordinating, and executing events that leave a lasting impression. From managing logistics to ensuring smooth operations, this position is perfect for someone who loves the energy of event management and has a knack for organization and leadership.

What You'll Be Doing

Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the planning and execution of events, ensuring they align with our brand and exceed client expectations. - Managing event logistics, including vendor coordination, scheduling, and on-site operations. - Collaborating with clients to bring their vision to life while maintaining a focus on quality and service. - Leading and mentoring event staff to ensure seamless teamwork and exceptional service. - Monitoring budgets and timelines to deliver events on schedule and within scope. - Troubleshooting any issues that arise during events to ensure a smooth experience for all attendees.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need: -

5+ years of experience

in event management or a related field. - Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members. - A proactive and problem-solving mindset to handle challenges with confidence. - Leadership skills to inspire and guide your team to success.
