OVERVIEW



Grow Global Rescue channel revenue through an engaged referral partner ecosystem of global tour operators, inbound and outbound travel suppliers, DMC's and other travel and/or membership organizations. Lead recruitment, onboarding, activation and continued engagement within a portfolio of existing and new partner accounts in your book of business. Work across the organization to drive new partner acquisition and bring forth ideas for growth. Build strong value-add relationships with partner organizations and their executive teams to drive mutual success.




RESPONSIBILITIES






Drive new revenue generation through a portfolio of referral partners: + Identification of new business opportunities, including securing new partners and account extensions + Increase Global Rescue's share within new and existing markets and verticals by negotiating new partnerships, and evaluating strategic marketing opportunities
+ Own onboarding, implementation, and engagement motions
+ Grow wallet share within existing partner accounts
Provide ongoing partner account and relationship management services: + Develop relationships at multiple levels within the partner organization, horizontally and vertically + Become an expert on partner programs and cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with your partners
+ Educate partners on appropriate utilization of GR's services, liaise with GR Operations team as needed
+ Work directly with GR's cross functional teams to support partners' needs by coordinating and dispatching internal resources to complete partner requests: medical, security and intelligence support
Support and implement partner specific initiatives, to include: + Creation of partner communication materials: end-user education or partner training/briefings + Ensure the appropriate internal functional areas are aware of new partner specific needs/initiatives
+ Oversee process support for accounting as needed (commission payments, invoicing, A/R)
+ Maintain membership and travel data across partners as needed
Define partner retention and growth plans, to include: + Membership and revenue targets
+ Business reviews with top Partners
+ Selling plans; API implementation, requirements for GR
+ Build strong relationships with partners to ensure contract renewals as needed
+ Orchestration of internal resources to deliver timely contract deliverables to secure program renewals
+ Identify partner needs to support the addition of new services and solutions
+ Domestic and international travel required




QUALIFICATIONS






BA/BS degree plus 7+ years of related experience Demonstrated experience selling through a channel model; B2B2C Sales experience in the outdoor industry; adventure travel, tour operator, travel supplier, DMC, or other related field is highly preferred Strong experience establishing relationships and networks Comfortable navigating large and complex organizations to identify decision makers Track record of growing revenue through incremental sales and new business Ability to thrive and stand out in a fast-paced environment Excellent negotiation, sales and problem-solving skills Exceptional written and verbal communication
