Roles and Responsibilities:

Represent corporate clients in high-stakes class actions, including securities, consumer, and privacy/data breach litigation Manage and coordinate large-scale discovery and document production Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and research memos with persuasive legal writing Strategize litigation approaches with partners and clients Manage multi-matter dockets, including federal and state court matters Mentor junior associates and collaborate across practice groups Stay current on legal developments in class action and MDL litigation

Job Requirements:

JD from an accredited law school Admitted to practice in the relevant jurisdiction Minimum 4 years of litigation experience Strong writing and legal analysis skills Experience managing multi-matter dockets and large discovery processes Substantive experience in

class action defense

Prior federal clerkship experience (preferred)

Pay: $310,000.00 - $390,000.00 per year
