Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Associate Licensed Social Worker to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and guidance to individuals and families facing various challenges. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in social work principles, with a focus on crisis intervention and behavioral health. This position involves working closely with clients to assess their needs, develop treatment plans, and facilitate access to resources that promote well-being.

Duties

Conduct assessments to identify client needs and develop appropriate treatment plans. Provide crisis intervention services to individuals experiencing acute distress and continuing services for discharged clients Offer therapy services for individuals Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and services for clients. Utilize motivational interviewing techniques to empower clients towards positive change. Supervise and mentor junior staff or interns, providing guidance on best practices in social work.

Skills

Strong background in crisis intervention and management techniques. Knowledge of addiction counseling principles and practices. Proficient in behavioral health assessments and interventions. Experience in social work, particularly within community settings. Pay: $42.00 - $44.00 per hour
