RESPONSIBILITIES
Leadership and Practice Management, able to be a collaborative leader with mutual respect given at every level.
Technology Integration (i.e.: Intraoral Scanners, Digital Smile Design, "The Wand" STA Anesthesia System, Advanced TMD Tools, etc...
Operational Efficiency; involving continuing education and professional growth, to continue to stay up with technological advances
Patient Experience and Relationship Building, giving our patients the comfort and understanding to build long term relationship
QUALIFICATIONS
3+ Minimum Years Experience in General Dentistry
Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) degree from accredited institution, with dental license to practice in the state of West Virginia.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team of dental professionals.
Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, and dental fabrication techniques.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on patient care and comfort
Experience in Endodontics (preferred, not required)
Experience with advanced dental technologies such as digital radiography, intraoral scanners, and lasers, (preferred not required).

Base Pay: $200,000.00 - $350,000.00 per year
