Position Overview

We are seeking an Associate Dentist who is:

Skilled in bread-and-butter dentistry Comfortable with treatment planning and presenting comprehensive care Interested in growing in implants, cosmetics, endo, and/or sedation Motivated by production, quality, and excellent patient outcomes Able to build rapport and maintain long-term patient trust

Compensation & Benefits

Daily Guarantee:

$800-$1000 daily for first 3 months

Full clinical autonomy

Schedule

Monday - Friday (varies by location) Fridays available for high-demand clinicians No weekends Immediate start for the right candidate

What We're Looking For

DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school Active Texas Dental License (or ability to obtain) Implant experience is a plus (not required) Strong communication and chairside skills Positive attitude and commitment to high-quality dentistry Team-oriented mindset
