About This Role
As an Associate Field Engineer, you will be crucial to ALC's business through the field commissioning of building automation systems created specifically for each individual customer. We are looking for a team member who is self-motivated, detail oriented, and is customer focused. This position is your first introduction into the career of a Field Engineer. You will begin to complete assignments using troubleshooting skills, projects will advance in difficultly to develop your skills. The ideal candidate will be a 2024 or 2025 graduate of a Technical Trade school, or High School with a focus in HVAC, Controls, or related field.
As a new Associate Field Engineer, you will be a part of our Fast-Track Field Technician Program. This includes a 2 week paid trip to Atlanta, Georgia where we will teach you everything you need to perform your new role with excellence. There will also be a number of fun team building activities during the connecting weekend to participate in. The start date of this program will be January 27, 2026.
