Kitchen & Bath Associate Designer

to support our senior and lead designers. This is a full-time, in-person role ideal for someone eager to learn the industry, develop design skills, and gain hands-on experience in project coordination and cost estimating.

This position is perfect for an entry-level professional with strong computer skills who wants to grow into a full-fledged designer role. We provide extensive training and mentorship to help you succeed.

Primary Duties:

Assist senior designers in creating floor plans, elevations, and 3D perspectives using 20/20 Design software. Support project cost estimating, including ordering samples as needed, and assist with selections and design presentations. Maintain organized project files and documentation. Attend trainings and workshops to learn about kitchen and bath design, remodeling processes, and industry products. Coordinate project details with clients, contractors, and internal teams. Provide excellent customer service while learning to manage client relationships.

The Ideal Candidate:

Strong computer and organizational skills. Interest in design, remodeling, and cost estimating. Enthusiastic about learning and growing within the industry. Detail-oriented with a willingness to assist and support senior designers. Comfortable attending training sessions and gaining hands-on experience in design and project coordination.
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
