A well-established, doctor-led and privately owned dental practice in Las Vegas is seeking an experienced Associate General Dentist to join our growing team. Compensation & Schedule

Estimated Annual Earnings: $200,000-$300,000+ Compensation based on Percentage of Adjusted Production Initial schedule: flexibility of either 2-3 days per week, with potential to expand to 4 days with strong performance
Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive dental exams and diagnose oral conditions Provide general dental treatments, including fillings, crowns, bridges, root canal therapy, extractions, and dentures Deliver preventive care such as cleanings, fluoride treatments, and sealants Use four-handed dentistry techniques to enhance efficiency Implement infection control protocols to ensure a safe environment for patients and staff. Educate patients on oral hygiene, treatment options, and preventive care Procedures such as veneers and implant experience is a plus Maintain accurate documentation and comply with HIPAA regulations Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient office operations. Stay current with advancements in dental technology and best practices
Qualifications

DDS or DMD from an accredited U.S. dental school Minimum 2 years of clinical experience required Active Nevada dental license, DEA, NPI, CPR, and Nevada pharmacy license Proficiency in a broad range of general dental procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Team-oriented with a commitment to clinical excellence and long-term growth Commitment to providing high-quality patient care while adhering to ethical standards in dentistry.
