Position Overview

We are seeking an

Associate Dentist

to join our

busy, fast-paced office

for

two to four days per week

, with flexibility for the right clinician. This position offers

unlimited growth potential

and a

clear path to ownership

for a dentist who aligns clinically, culturally, and leadership-wise.

With an average of

120 new patients per month

, you will step into an environment with immediate demand, strong scheduling support, and meaningful case opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

Provide high-quality

general dentistry

including diagnostic, restorative, and preventive care Perform comprehensive exams and create

ethical, needs-based treatment plans

Educate patients using

clear, relatable language

that builds understanding and trust Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and patient advocates to deliver seamless care Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation Participate in team huddles, mentorship discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
What We're Looking For

DDS or DMD from an accredited dental program Active Utah dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong clinical judgment with a

patient-first philosophy

Comfortable in a

high-volume, fast-paced environment

Excellent communication and chairside manner Team-oriented, humble, and accountable Growth-minded with interest in mentorship, leadership, and long-term partnership
