### Position Overview
We are seeking a caring and motivated Associate Dentist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate is clinically skilled, team-oriented, and committed to exceptional patient care. You will work alongside experienced professionals providing comprehensive dentistry to patients of all ages.

### Key Responsibilities
- Perform examinations, diagnose dental conditions, and create treatment plans.
- Provide general dentistry care, including fillings, crowns, root canals, extractions, and preventive procedures.
- Collaborate with hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure excellent patient experiences.
- Maintain accurate clinical records and adhere to all state and OSHA standards.
- Contribute toward a positive, professional, family-focused atmosphere.

### Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited institution.

-AEGD - GPR preferred
- Active and unrestricted New Jersey dental license.
- CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate demeanor and the ability to build long-term relationships with patients and families.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to continued learning.
