Expect support, not control. The owner doctor will be available for clinical guidance, treatment planning feedback, and leadership insight. You'll also have access to Fortune Management's coaching systems to support your professional development, but your core mentorship is personal, not corporate.

What We're Looking For

A team-oriented doctor with strong communication and leadership presence Someone who thrives in a structured, growth-focused environment Clinical experience in restorative, cosmetic, and preventative care (additional specialties are a bonus) Confidence in using modern dental technology and software A desire to build culture, not just fill a schedule

Requirements

DDS or DMD with an active license to practice in West Virginia 1 to 5 years of clinical experience preferred Strong in case presentation, patient education, and collaborative treatment planning Open to coaching, feedback, and continual learning

Position Details
