About the Opportunity

Trident Dental in beautiful Charleston, SC is seeking a high-energy, growth-driven General Dentist to join our established, patient-focused practice on James Island. We're looking for a motivated clinician with excellent patient interaction skills, strong business acumen, and the desire to lead, grow, and make a real impact in a thriving coastal community practice.

What You'll Do

Deliver exceptional comprehensive dentistry with a relationship-driven approach Lead and collaborate with a strong, supportive clinical and administrative team Build patient trust through excellent communication and chairside manner Diagnose, treatment plan, and perform high-quality restorative, cosmetic, and prosthodontic procedures Support and grow a healthy hygiene program Utilize modern technology including digital scanning (Trios 5), clear aligner therapy, and implant restorations Strengthen community and referral relationships

What We're Looking For

DMD/DDS from an accredited program Active South Carolina dental license (or ability to obtain) Strong leadership skills and a drive to continually grow Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities A true go-getter who thrives in a collaborative, high-performing environment
